The controlled flow Provale cup is specially designed for dysphagia patients (swallowing difficulties). The internal mechanism lets a fixed volume of liquid out per drinking motion (5cc or 10cc). This stops the cup from over-delivering liquid, limiting the choking hazard. This encourages autonomy and independence by letting the user drink unassisted. The handles come separately, so you can install them in the optimum configuration pour your comfort. Once clipped on, the handles cannot be removed. The ergonomic form leaves enough room for the nose and chin. Dishwasher safe.
