The Drive Primecare electric bed is ideal for those receiving treatments in bed. Ajustable in height bewteen 18cm (7") and 76cm (30"), it lowers close to the ground to facilitate entry and exiting of the bed, and rises high enough to comfortably give care to a patient. The back rest and the legrests are also motorized to adjust them according to the needs and comfort of the patient. The base can be configured according the Trendelenburg position, where the legs are higher than the head, and the inversed Trendelenburg, where the head is higher than the legs. The mattress guards can be installed at different widths, 91 cm (36") or 99 cm (39") and different lengths, 193 cm (76"), 203 cm (80") or 213 cm (84"). This bed accommodates a resident weighing up to 215 kg (475 lbs).
